I Just got the 1080 strix from Asus. 

There seems to be a plastic layer on the back. 

Am i suposed to leave it there of take it of? 

Since it's though to take it off.

I tried it but it feels like it's superglued on.

actually, do take it off. on the interwebs, I found a picture of the same card (as a display model) with it off. also, a tip to take it off : use a pair of tweezers to get under it.

I Just cant seem to get underneath it. 

 

It also looks different then in the video's as it does't go go the corners of the card. 

 

But it looks awfull with the plastic

It is, but it has scratches on it.
