Alright, I'm using an x99 STRIX motherboard with 2 Corsair Vengeance LED 8gb 3000mhz ram sticks. The computer boots up just fine and there appears to be no errors. However, every time I am using youtube and some other site, (sometimes youtube alone) the pages buffer like crazy and eventually crash with a memory management bsod. As far as I can tell the computer sees both sticks, but they aren't even clocked as fast as they can go. I have tried running a memory diagnostic which came up negative. I have tried reseating and flipping the ram still using the recommended dimm slots. I searched for a BIOS update but I have the latest version.

I am at a loss on what the issue is. I don't know if the ram sticks themselves are faulty of if the dimms on the motherboard are bad?

Any suggestions?
