dvi-d dual link to dvi-d single link

hello there,

i was wondering whether i can connect a dvi-d single link cable to a dvi-d dual link port beacause i got a gtx 1050ti which has dvi-d dual link port and i have an adapter from dvi-d single link to hdmi and i'm asking whether i can use it or not

It'll work fine...why ask the question if you have the hardware to test it?

You're just limited to single link specs
