Beats Wireless Earphones?

Go to solution Solved by Chasingsilver,

Ah thanks.

Have you a beat X? I could afford the beats X and the Powerbeats 2 I can pick them up for about 50£ I would only use them at the gym good idea? I really like the apple ear pods sound wise would you say the beat X sound better?

Cheers.

Hi

Just wondering all looking for a good pair of wireless headphones.. I was looking at the Beats X and the powerbeats 3 they both look good, But I prefer the Beat X as they look better, They would be used general use college, running etc. Only problem I herd that the beats X isn't sweat proof but then I've also herd that it can hold up? I don't like the look of the powerbeats kinda look a bit off for casual use if you get me. any one have either of these? any other I should look out for?

Beats X

It is a physical around neck wireless earbud meaning it can be worn all day without even noticing its there. Beats X isn't sweat proof comment is sort of invalid because you'll never get sweat into the Beat X's internals due to its design and sweat inside of earbuds aren't a problem.

powerbeats 3

It is marketed as a workout headset. Not meant to be worn all day. And even if you wear it all day, it is noticeable unlike the Beat X. It will dangle and it will be mildly uncomfortable if worn all day. I am comparing the Beats X's wearability to the Samsung Level U pro which is the same all day neck design.

The microphone for the powerbeats ARE NOT sweatproof, it will short circuit if sweat gets in there when working out. Thus the infamous random pausing, random track skipping, etc.
