Problem encounter with playing 4k on a TV

Hello! I have a problem with playing properly 2160 content on a TV. Let me explain: After i buy a samsung KS8500 i try to run a native, pirated(to be honest) 4k(2160p) movie on a TV with TrueHD audio... but surprise it runs in frames+artifacts. After i search a little on the internet i found i need a BLURAY Player(with USB port). But which? What is the best performance/price player? i guess is better Samsung but other recommendation will be listen. I wait other solutions if u guys have. Thanks for answers!

How much are you willing to spend?

I found this model Sony UBP-X800 at 200$... in my country is 350$

Ok... i found another solution and i think is cheaper: if i buy XBoX One S i have a BR disk reader and a BR player. So, can someone can tell me if he tried ro run a mkv file with specs like this ?

after a long search i found something like this for PS4 PRO. So audio files  English AC3 @ 384 kb/s @ 5.1 channels  is supported but HEVC/H.265 isn't?
