Hi! I'm building an extremely strict budget Rig for gaming (Witcher 3, Dark souls 3, MOBA's) with a

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: GTX 1050 2gb
RAM: 16gb (8bx2) DDR4 2400MHz

Questions:
1. Is my GPU too weak for the CPU? Will the r5 1600 bottleneck the 1050?
2. How does a bottleneck afffects the performance both gaming and 3D / Video rendering wise

whats your budget? I'm sure I could put something together better than that.

CPU: Ryzen 1700@3.9ghz; GPU: EVGA 560 Ti 1gb; RAM: 16gb 2x8 Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000; PCPP: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/b3xzzM

$820 (converted from Php 41,790)

If you can go lower without affecting the performance, that would be great.
but please don't go build something with a higher price.

Use is for 3D rendering and casual gaming.

This is my current build:

CPU:       AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU:       Palit GTX 1050 2GB GDDR5
MOBO:    MSI A320M PRO-VD/S
RAM:       Adata XPG Z1 8GB single 2400Mhz x2
HDD:       Western Digital 1TB 3.0 7200 rpm blue
CASE:     Aerocool GT Black Gaming
PSU:       Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze
MNTOR:  AOC - I2280SWD 21.5 IPS Monitor

How does a strong cpu - weak gpu bottleneck afffect the performance of gaming? Does that mean if the benchmark says 45 FPS on average, I'll be getting 35 FPS on average with a bottleneck?

Dont knoe exact fps, but the gpu will bottleneck the cpu, i reccomend getting a 1060 instead
