00 Debug Code No LED No Fan

My computer started to black screen and all the fans started maxing out. A bit after that I was unable to start up the computer. I tried it with CPU motherboard and only one stick of ram and still no post. I checked that all power connectors are in. no matter what I do, if I add any components or not the. nothing turns on and the system spits out 00 postcodes on the Asus Maximus IX Hero. I brought it to microcenter and once they plugged in their power everything was fine. I brought it back home and the same problem came out. I am unable to start my pc, whenever I try to power on the computer it spits out the 00 Postcode again. I couldn't test for dead Ram etc. because I don't have any extra Computer parts lying around that's LGA 1151 or DDR4. I tried resetting CMOS with both button on IO and manually taking the battery out.
