Missed that those are virtual adapters in your first picture so they won't show up in the adapter list. They shouldn't be the reason you're having issues though. Default gateway issues are usually due to DHCP problems on the router or the router not responding in time with all the parameters.

iirc. If you bypass the graphic gui settings and instead open good old "Control panel" and find network there instead, I believe you can acess more advanced settings and possibly delete known networks.

I would also check out "manage known networks"

Lastly I would open regedit.exe and search for strings containing the networks in your imgur, but I advise GREAT caution with this method unless you know exactly what you are doing. Ø

this is just a lot of BS, first of the control panel is also a gui ...
Next regarding network settings both will bring you to the network and sharing center which has all the options a normal user needs.

Managed networks are only for wifi settings in windows and it has nothing to do with this at all

They aren't the reason. Could you scroll down a bit to the wifi network (assuming you use wifi else show the first lan network). Probably your dhcp settings are wrong and they try to set the wrong default gateway.
What is the IP address of your router?

Sorry but its not BS. You are missunderstanding me. Might be the fact english is not my first language, but I can certainly find certain settings that way that I, personally, cant find in the updated settings.

I never said the old control panel wasnt a gui.

Sorry if it wasnt clear.

You are just repeating my disclaimer here. I told the guy what I would do. Not what he should...
