DVD ROM STOP INSTALLING DISC

hello, i need some help... i tried to install some software from a disc. while the installation, about several minutes the installation stopped.. can someone tell me what problem i have facing of and how to fix this.......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

What error message(s) are you getting, and with what software? 

 

Is it a copied or an original DVD

 

Are there any scratches on the disc

no error message, just stop installing outa nowhere... because that i dont know what to do...

doesnt matter what kind of softwares, it happened to all disc.....

if its a copied disc, it might be a bad disc.....does the same issue happen with an original disc

ohhhh, now i get it hahahah sorry... yes it happened with original discs

does it still have issues if you try and copy media off a disc or only installation media

could be a software issue.....do you have a second PC (or a friend's) to check the Optical drive
