Thunderbolt Port + DP Daisychain

Hey guys, 

I want to update my home setup to a notebook setup. 

I already own a Dell U2515 it supports daisychain, 

 

Now I want to buy two things, first of all a second monitor which should be Dell U2414 which should be able to do daisy chain.

And a Lenovo Yoga 720 with thunderbolt 3.0 

 

And now my question, can I use and thunderbolt hub to hdmi 

 

Connect hdmi to my u2515 and then displayport to my new u2414?

You can't run DisplayPort daisy-chains out of a monitor that's connected with HDMI.

 

Just connect your U2515H using a USB Type-C to DisplayPort adapter, then you should be able to daisy-chain the U2414H off of it.
