Hey. So I'm buying a new gpu and psu. The PSU is the Corsair VS Series VS450 450W High Performance Power Supply (CP-9020049-WW) and GPU is the Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 6GB GDDR5 (GV-N1060WF2OC-6GD) and I have a gigabyte h81m ww motherboard just wanted to know if they were compatible or if I should even get a new motherboard. The motherboard has one PCI-E lane. Thanks

PS: Be a dear and make your title helpful not just "HELP" just like your other post, and this post "HELP REQUIRED" ahaha

Based on what your asking, If i were you i'd title this: "PSU pin/power planning assistance"
GTX1060 is a PCIe x16 w/c im sure almost all Mobo's support.

Power Requirments:
--Mobo:

1 x 24-pin

1 x 4-pin

--GPU:

1 x 6-pin

--Your power Supply Provides the ff:
1 ATX Connector (this is the 24-pin connector w/c obviously goes to the mobo)

1 EPS Connector. I believe this is an 8-pin EPS. Your Mobo requires 4-pin

2 Floppy Connector

4 Four Pin Peripheral Connector

2 PCIe Connector (this is a 6+2 pin PCIe connector. So 1 six pin goes to your GPU)

4 SATA Connector (your drives, so you have up to 4 drives)

--Requirements not Met:

-Your EPS connector, you might need a converter to get that 4-pin to your mobo going. Check your Mobo, they usually include one. Usually its the Peripherical(Molex) connector to 4-pin EPS

PSPS: Dont overclock your GPU :) your power is a wee bit small, just stick with its default clock rate
