There are like 7 to 9 pins

It's no different than 1 bent pin. They don't even need to look exactly like the unbent pins, which they won't they just need to be in their respective area. They don't even need to be on the same height since the CPU will be pushed down. The pins just need to touch the respective areas on the CPU.

Just take it slow at first. It's really very easy.

The main trick to fixing a bent pin is to just have a little patience and be willing to take your time.  Can't imagine how many pins I have straightened over the past 40 years.  I use a razor blade.  Just take your time, keep an eye on what you're doing and be patient.  It will work out great and you get a little more experience on working with these things..

When cleaning the contacts on a ram stick or on the video card, you can use isopropyl alcohol on a q-tip but if in a pinch and no alcohol around, don't use beer.  It has too much water in it.  Before upgrading to the alcohol, we gently used a pencil eraser.

Them were the days.

Just take your time bending those pins back.
I used a small tweezer and razorblade, and my smallest flat head screwdriver.
If you have a magnifying glass, better yet one that you can position right above the socket that'll be of quite a bit of help.

Proper lighting also aids in the repair, doing this in a dimly lit room is a bad idea.

That is going to take quite a while, I'd reckon about 2 hours for an inexperienced pin rebender.

My main tip, do NOT rush it!

Applying too much force or worse slipping can and will ruin the socket.

If it was running when you took it apart then you didn't find bent pens, you bent the pins yourself. For future reference, don't remove the CPU for cleaning. Does your dad know you were cleaning it LoL.

I still haven't got figured out why he romoved the mobo and cpu to clean the machine?  Just thinkin......  The more you screw with it, the bigger the chance of something going belly up.

That is true.

Unless he wanted to replace the thermal paste, why even take the CPU out.
Even better, if he wanted to replace that .. you do not need to take the motherboard out if need to remove the cooler.
I feel like he the OP is holding back a little amount of info, I suppose he dun goofed.
Anyhow if he rebends those pins there is still no 100% guarantee of it working. If by that point he didn't manage to break or bent more pins then he originally did.

Is the system worth it?
Some PC Repair shops know they cannot handle said task, agree to try and charge you for working hours even though it is still broken.

In Belgium we pay around €70 per hour of work.
If it takes them 20 minutes, you still pay that full hour by the way.
So if it takes them two hours, that is € 140. See where I am going with this?
If it is an old system, just tell your dad you made a mistake and buy him a new one. (Or partially pay for the new one, whatever your dad says)

If they get it repaired.

Some shops are unskilled and do not know what they are doing.
H61 is quite a few generations old, but it is up to you.

TL;DR

If you can cope with the loss of 200 Rupees, try getting it repaired.
If you'd rather be 100% sure that it works properly after a purchase, buy a new motherboard.

Sidenote:

Why did you pull the motherboard and CPU out?
Since we still lack that information and I'd like to know.

Ah okay I see, well I'll give 2 tips if you do not mind.

  1. Was it overheating? If not just leave it on.
  2. Most likely there was no need to take the motherboard out, let alone the CPU. You can just remove the heatsink/fan assembly and clean off the IHS.

Just tips, you are still free to do as you wish.
