Hey all! Ive been working on my setup for a while now and I feel its mostly done, my one issue, however, is that I've neglected audio, I have a TON of headphones but want to get some decent studio monitors for audio editing and general listening.

In a perfect world, I want a setup that just works... this probably sounds stupid but I always find myself going into windows audio settings to switch the output so I can get the audio to come through, im here to ask if anyone has suggestions how to make my below plan work, if I need to change anything etc

My plan:

I plan to have 2 JBL LSR305 Studio Monitor's as my speakers for my setup, I want them to output my audio from my PC, then also my audio from my Macbook Pro 15" (USB C) but only when I chose to plug it in, I would be cool to have it output the audio of my PS4 also and ideally id love to hook up an amazon echo dot to them so I can use the voice commands but have better speakers. My issue is, if I were to buy the speakers, how the heck can I get all that setup?  The speaker inputs are 1/4" TRS (Balanced), XLR (Balanced), If I want to connect my ps4 id probably need to use an optical cable, then I can use either an optical cable, USB or 3mm jack from my PC, usb c from my macbook (or through some dongle adaptor another input) and then a 3mm output from my echo dot... I have a blue yeti but I can just have that USB straight to my PC, no issues there,

Ive look at audio interfaces but havent got a clue how to find one that can do all of the above at preferably a price below £100 and not take up my entire desk, it would be cool to have one that I can DI a guitar into but I could probably live without that.

Hopefully, someone here has a similar setup going and can lead me in the right direction, I have a feeling its going to endup being a bit of a mess of dongles and adaptors but I can live with that as long as I can tuck them out of the way.

If anyone can make sense of all that it would be appreciated xD

Thanks

Mac

Hey, sorry didn't see your reply, they're active monitors,

A mixer looks like the sorta think I need rather than the audio interfaces I was looking at before, would you have any suggestions for a decent under £100 mixer?
