Pretty much R5 1600

Dunno if that cooler supports AM4 at all though, if it's old you should just replace it maybe anyways after you sell your old parts, a Cryorig H5/H7 is pretty solid for the money

RAM PRICES ARE ALMOST NORMAL FOR SOME REASON

I don't know if the RAM will stay that cheap, also no reason for B350 unless you want to save on the motherboard but have a worse overclocking experience

1600X if you have an after market cooler already and it's the same price.

Really all I can Recommend is using the money to get a New CPU and Mobo and ram. It could be a Ryzen 5 1600 and a Asus B350-f Strix and 16 gb of RAM. Everything else seems pretty good.

That board only has a 4 + 4 VRM, not worth it over cheaper options as it really shouldn't be much better.
