Hey guys,

so today I was playing PUBG as usual and the game freezed as well as the audio and monitor said no signal. the mouse and the keyboard did not respond as well but the pc didnt shut down or restart I had to manually turn it off by the power button and turn it on again. I've been having problems after that whenever I launch PUBG or even GTA V it runs for a while then the same freezing issue. it occurs only while gaming.I have tried Memory test diagnostic, removing drivers via DDU and reinstalling, chkdsk, anti virus scan and running furmark test which surprisingly did not freeze the pc. what could be the issue? my complete specs are

i5 2400 @ stock

Asrock H61MGS

msi armor rx 480 4gb

8gb ddr3 ram

antec 520w high current gamer

Hey. When it freezes try opening your task manager and tab to performance. If you need to view it, upon booting your pc, put tje task manager to front. On the performance tab, check whether your disk are there, i am experiencing the same issue as you rn

I'm forced to shut down my pc and start it again during that time. mouse and keyboard do not repond and the screen turns black as well. today however I found out that one of my ram slot is not working so im only using a stick stick as we speak. lets see if this was the cause of the problem

check the temps on your chipset as likely you will need a fan added to its heatsink
