Bitcoin? No not really. GPU mining train ended in 2013 ish

Alt coins? No. Not a thing for them. Use GPU.

138 is a good number.

If you have the startup capital I think it could be profitable. To get a decent ASIC miner though you need about 4k USD and it will take over a year at current difficulty (it wont stay there, it will get harder) to make that back.
