After win10 creators update

So its the second time since i updated to win 10 creators update(this monday) my video card dont wanna respond when i wake up pc from sleep, display just shows no hdmi input. my card nitro rx 460 oc, lastest drivers. i have to force shut down pc and remove ram and than it starts to work (the method that i found out works). any other solution?

I updated and had graphics issues too. I'd revert to the previous version for now until they fix these little bugs.
