Im planning on getting a usb dac/amp combo such as the Schiit Fulla 2 or Fiio e10k. my current realtek motherboard sound has the good ol realtek HD audio manager software and its done its job well allowing me to customize the audio.

Is realtek HD audio manager global (will it affect the sound going through the usb dac/amp?) if not, are there any software solutions? hardware solution?

Thanks.

I dont know about Dacs since it has its own sound controller. I use voicemeeter for equilization and virtual mixing. Good luck!
