What brand is it? If its Asus, NZXT, or Chroma you would need their software. If it's something like Gigabyte's RGB Fusion you would need to use the bios menus.

Can you show a video or clip of what your getting, when on the fading mode you can vary the speed at which it cycles through the colors.
