My schedule is such that I cannot get together in person for some pen and paper role playing, but I can do e.mail.

This will be set in the 1980s, you would be members of a cryptoanalysis team, working for a small subset of the CIA. 

A new numbers station has been discovered in the Aral sea, but it's not pointing upward to the sky, it's pointing downward, into the ground...
