Bset Z370 Board?

So I have decided on getting the new i7 8700K and I plan on trying to overclock it to about 4.7ghz to maybe  around 5ghz, wo with that I need one of the new Z370 boards and I was wondering which I should get? I have kept my eye on the Gigabyte AORUS Ultra Gaming and the ASUS ROG Strix Z370-F my max spending money would be about about $350 AUD. alos I am using the H100i v2, figured I could save the extra $100 from the NZXT Kraken x52
