I5 7500 able to stream?

Hey guys,I just picked up an i5 7500 and a gtx 1050ti.I mainly play overwatch on low settings and would be wondering if i could stream this on 720p60 if i use x264 on 2.5k bitrate.My upload speed is 30-40mbps.Also if i change it to Nvhenc,would i be able to use streamalerts?Thanks!
