Case and Acoustics

So my PC is really loud, like it's like you can hear the air flowing through it really easily - but can a bad case give bad acoustics. Like should I go for a more expensive case and that'd help the acoustics, because at the moment all I hear is the like the air flowing through the case.

I am assuming they are 4-pin PWM, I don't think they come in 3-pin DC.

i don't believe they're PWM because only one of my fans adjusts to my fan curve, so is it my mobo possibly?

Hmmm okay so if they are 3-pin then they are DC fans, I would first try to go into your bios and make sure all fans that are 3-pin are set to DC mode and try to config fan curves for them and get them to spin at the lowest RPM possible at lower temps of course.

Hmm yeah unless you have weird vibration sounds the noise should just be from fans moving air past parts of the case, in my experience getting PWM fans that you can have spin at like 25% RPM speed at low temps is what makes the biggest difference.

so really i should be looking at getting some new fans? i was thinking maybe the corsair af120 silent, and maybe the sp120 silent for my aio (idk if the stock are loud)
