PHPBB SQL Error

Hi, am trying and searching for good two hours now but I cannot find any solution to the error posted below. I want to install a PHPBB Forum on my website but always encounter this weird SQL error at the end of the installation after it says "Everything is fine".  I created a new User on my SQL and gave him all privilege but PHPBB just seems to not care at all.

 

I tried to restart apache, create new users and give privilege, tried different settings on PHPBB. I am seriously stuck on this one :(
