Okay for what?

Again, for what?

I would NEVER pair this memory with a Ryzen processor or a high end Intel processor since it is shitty as crap.

 

Then again if you have a locked Intel processor on a locked Skylake, Kaby Lake chipset that only supports 2400mhz then it would be a fine enough pick.

its for i3 8100 is it good for that ?

Well... yes and no... I would invest in a better ram since you'll be getting a Z370 chipset motherboard that allows memory overclocking either ways so since begin you can already benefit for the higher performance while already owning a great memory for a future upgrade of CPU to an i5 8600k / i7 8700k when you can/want.
