what do you guys recommend

Right now i'm running adaptive mode with a 5.0ghz OC (i7-7700k 1.320) with a AVX offset of -2, which max ill see in a voltage spike is 1.344 which I like (bad news is I don't get the full 5.0ghz on some games and applications)

If I remove the AVX offset to 0 I start seeing voltage spikes of 1.360-1.376 which is pretty high than what I have set in bios

so at this point what do you guys recommend? should I keep the AVX on? or should I go to manual mode? what do you think? im just worried about the voltage spikes I get good temps i'm not worried about those
