Lag in games

Builded new pc with ryzen 3 1200 @ 3.8ghz with 1060 3gb and i'm geting bad FPS i watched 

 this video and he is getting way better FPS then i do example is PUBG he is getting 60ish im geting like 30-40 same settings ...

what could be the problem?

even if i lower my settings i don't get over 60 at PUBG

Make sure you have all the latest drivers installed. And What resolution are you running?

PUBG is still in beta, you could be running SLI 1080ti and still not get 60fps, I wouldn't worry about it as everyone is going to get different experiences playing the game even if they have the same hardware. Use a more reliable game that has an actual benchmark system.

I understand that but it is optimized for different hardware, try it when the game comes out in full, if not then contact the game developer.

but i can't even run PUBG at medium settings it is still like 40ish fps

Santiago Santiago benchmarks are accurate, i have the gtx 1060 6gb and ryzen5 1600 oc to 3.7ghz. I'm hitting 60+fps every single game at 1080p with everything on ultra(except for The witcher 3 where everything besides Texture quality is on medium/high and PUBG where im only able to hit constant 60 fps when i have everything on low besides Texture quality, distance quality and 2x msaa-I LOVE REALISTIC GAMES!

again, PUBG is not optimized. i have seen people with i5 and rx 480 struggle too
