Finally looks like the AMD Ryzen GPU pass-through performance issue has been solved.  We applied this patch and it does indeed appear to solve the problem.

It will take a while to reach to the stable/public release branch though.

I really hope @LinusTech explores the setup he talked about way back when Ryzen 7 was launched, a streaming PC and a gaming PC on one CPU. :D
