Mouse upgrade

So I made a post yesterday to find out why my mouse was acting up, and figured it out. It is basically a normal office mouse marketed as a gaming mouse. So it is time to upgrade. 

 

What I would like:

-very accurate (especially with moving the mouse slowly)

-thumb buttons

-reputable brand

-under $40

I would like it to be wireless, but wired is fine. 

 

While I’m here, any good mousepads with wrist support?

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).
