the problem here is not the card but the game... its pretty poorly optimized the last time i checked. But you can definetely tweak the settings to make it run relatively smoothly.

With my i5 7500 and 1060 6gb I got 55-75 on mostly ultra and high settings at 1080p resolution. It did quite alright.

With my Ryzen 1500x on 3.9Ghz and my 1060 GB(The card overclocks to 1976Mhz by itself) i get over 60 FPS mostly all the time with some dips to the lower 50s sometimes.
