pc dont working right

i just was useing my pc and than i shut it off and now it wout start and i try 2 boards with the i5 i had and still the same the other board the pc will start but the fans will max speed so i trun it off and nothing comes up on the screen and the asrock board just pc turns off wan i try to start it

please tell me you reapplied thermal paste, and if you overclocked you checked to see if it was stable

no and i dont hit the botton to trun it on i here the psu makeing a sound

 yes if that dosen't work use battery from other board, if all else fails then Idk what you can do

now the pc will not trun on at all like no fan move mint

take out the battery, set a time for 5 minutes, then put it back in
