Quadro K2000 2017 performance

Billy_Mays

Im looking into the performance of a Quadro K2000 for a GPU (will be used for gaming mostly) because my school has PCs that have them and I may be getting a entire new rig out of it and extra's and the Quadros are the best card they have (the only cards I know of) and the only reason why I'd be using one for gaming is because my GTX 770 did die a while ago (nearly two months ago, wait all ready 2 months?!) so what would a Quadro K200 game like in new titles today (PUBG, GTA V, Payday 2)

Im mostly on discord now and you can find me on my profile

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

The k2000 is the quadro equivalent to the GTX 650. You can expect around about the same performance as that. Hope this helps

Ok I got another answer from another guy saying its the same performance as the 750ti

The k2000 is made from the first generation of kepler GPUs, The 600 series was also first gen kepler. The 700 Series was second gen Kepler

The 750ti was one of the first Maxwell cards which was the generation after Big Kepler.

According to this site: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nvidia_Quadro

The k2000 is similar to the 650 in its architecture. They both use the same GK107 core.

The 650 has a core clock of 1058 MHz and the k2000 has a clock speed of 950 which is slightly slower. They are both 2GB cards.

The 750ti uses a completely different core, the GM107.

The GM meaning Maxwell and GK meaning Kepler.

I know about the age difference between them Im just wanting to game more
