It's a bit expensive to be honest. The screen itself is a good brand, but it's about half the price in the states...

If that's the cheapest you can find then go for it. I don't know what you circumstances are, but I found a fixed frame worked better for me. These pull down style screens can be difficult to work with.

I'm placing it over a window so I need it to be a pull down one and also have a nice black backing

Most screens from reputable brands come with a black out backing. Obviously some work better than others. I personally own this screen material (not the frame) and I can say it works well. Brexit though... very expensive.
