If you right click on the speaker icon, and choose recording devices, this window should open. There should be an entry for the UMC22 either as a stereo source or a mono microphone. On the right of that, there's a VU meter. Your voice should be reaching ~80%.

Which will be clipping the preamp, turn it down until it doesn't distort.

Changinf gain 2 from max no minimum didnt make any significant difference, what should I select? Im using the windows "hear voice" option to see if the sound is good or not.

Also it can hear keyboard and mouse clicks pretty easily.

Which input are you using? you should be using the XLR input. The instrument input isn't suitable for a mic.

I am using an xlr imput. Connected to the pc via the usb cable that they gave me

Good. So use Gain 1 (which is for the mic input) and turn it to about 2/3rds to 3/4 way round or until it gives a good signal in recording devices.

Yea. Im mixing with the gain 1 and the audio levels in windows. But its still able to hear too much sound of the keyboard and mouse. Any way around that? My cloud 2 didnt really do that.

That's all due to the mic. The best you can do is make sure it's close to you and oriented correctly (it's unclear if it's a front or side address design so try both ways).
