What windows recording device?

If you right click on the speaker icon, and choose recording devices, this window should open. There should be an entry for the UMC22 either as a stereo source or a mono microphone. On the right of that, there's a VU meter. Your voice should be reaching ~80%.

I also gave gain 2 on max and output on middle

Which will be clipping the preamp, turn it down until it doesn't distort.

What i see is this: http://prntscr.com/h5emu1 Sorry if im being kinda stupid.

When im talking: http://prntscr.com/h5enci

Changinf gain 2 from max no minimum didnt make any significant difference, what should I select? Im using the windows "hear voice" option to see if the sound is good or not.

Also it can hear keyboard and mouse clicks pretty easily.

Thank you for what you're doing. I really appreciate it.

Which input are you using? you should be using the XLR input. The instrument input isn't suitable for a mic.
