intel d946gzis cpu support

Hello,

I wanna know if the intel d946gzis support the q6600 or xeon x3210?

I know that on intel site it says it doesnt support it but in some forum's they say that this two cpu can be used with this motherboard.

Fsb is the same, but the tdp on the xeon is higher.

Would a stock cooler work with the xeon?

stock cooler should work, but i don't think either will work with the TDP being too high.

Pentium D 945 and 960 are supported, 95W and 130W respectively. I'm not saying it will work, but it might. No guarantee!
