Ok so I am trying to build a new computer, something I havent done in like 10 years or so. I have been upgrading my current computer a little at a time over the years but its well behind the times and at peak of what I can do with it so its finally time to just purchase a new computer. Now Currently I only have money for everything but a new graphics card and monitor so those will upgrade next year. I plan on using this for gaming mostly and watching streams or movies on.

So here is what I currently have purchased for the build so far:

CPU: I7 7700K

PSU: Corsair CX Series 600 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Non-Modular Power Supply( Will this be enough? its what I have been using on my old build and I was just gonna keep using it but im not sure)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit(as I said I will upgrade this next year)
CASE: be quiet! Case Cases BG010
Sound: Sound Blaster Z PCIe Gaming Sound Card
Headset: SteelSeries Arctis 3 All-Platform Gaming Headset for PC
Speakers: some pleb ass speakers I have had for forver

Storage:
Crucial 128 GB m4 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive SATA 6Gb/s (Windows will be on here)
Intel SSD DC S3500 Series 480GB, 2.5in SATA 6Gb/s, 20nm, MLC (main game drive)
Seagate 2TB BarraCuda SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Hard Drive ( extra storage space)

This also purchased so far:
Rockit 88 Delid & Relid for LGA 1150 & 1151
Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Thermal Grease Paste - 1.0 Gram
Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Thermal Grease Paste - 1.0 Gram
Permatex 82180 Ultra Black Maximum Oil Resistance RTV Silicone Gasket Maker, 3.35 oz. Tube
ArctiClean 60ml Kit (includes 30ml ArctiClean 1 and 30ml ArctiClean 2)

Ok so that is everything I have. I have a few questions. So first being will that PSU be enough and ok for now? I dont know too much about PSU's. Next being I dont know what motherboard to get. There seems like a lot of options but I dont know what to go for. I dont need Wifi but bluetooth would be nice, though I can just get a usb bluetooth. For CPU cooler I am looking at Noctua NH-D15 6 heatpipe with Dual NF-A15 140mm fans. I want to overclock this to 5Ghz if I can, whould this setup be able to do that efficiently? Also as you might be able to tell I plan on Deliding the CPU. Last thing I am wondering is if the fans that came with my Case will be enough or if I should get more/replace them?

Pretty nice parts so far. You probably won't be able to hit 5ghz with the Noctua Cooler, especially if you only have 600 watts to work with overclocking. I would go with something probably with a little more watts for the PSU, around 750 watts if you plan to overclock. You could choose any motherboard you want, but as long as you get a Z270 Chipset. This is the only chipset that will allow for overclocking with the 7700k. If I were you, I would just not overclock at all, as it seems pretty clear that you are on a budget (the Gtx 760 and PSU). Finally you don't really need that sound card. The headset will be just fine, and onboard DACs have gotten better on motherboards.

I already own the sound card for my current pc build. I could get enough money to get a new power supply if its an issue though. I see a lot of people say any motherboard but exactly what does that mean? like.. they range in all sorts of prices and all sorts of brands. What is actually good?

SO like the ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero looks to be $250 and that seems like a lot of money for what I am doing.. IDK how much I should be spending on a motherboard. Should I be looking for things in the 150 range or should I be looking more like 200?

So part of the problem is I dont know what features I should be looking for. Like.. I guess here are the things I want to do eventually. I plan on maybe doing SLI 1070's, I want a couple really good monitors eventually as well. I already have a sound card so on board sound isn't an issue. I also want something with decent overclocking capabilities. What other features should I be looking for?
