Get a WD Blue 1tb.

Faster RAM can impact performance, and doesn't cost much more. 

Get a 7200 RPM HDD instead of a 5400 RPM one. 

The Corsair SF450 or SF600 would be better PSUs. 

You can get Windows from Kinguin or Reddit for ~$25

Celcius is great but it has crazy long tubes - terrible for an ncase.
