I am planning to build another pc for my dormitory , this one i got higher budget for high spec

 

I have a samsung  4k 28inchs monitor and GTX 1080Ti for gpu 

 

I am doing 3d model building and Photoshop , also  play some AAA games

 

I am stuck on choosing cpu and boards

 

should i have i7-8700k + z370 or r7-1800x +x370 ?

R7-1800X+ ASUS CROSSHAIR VI EX

 

Which one do you guys prefer~~~

Photoshop should prefer the single-threaded performance of the i7-8700K. The processor holds itself rather well when it comes to highly multithreaded tasks. For 4K gaming, there won't be any discernible difference since you're going to be GPU-bound at that resolution.

 

I'd get the i7-8700K but not with that motherboard... it's overpriced.

yes I also think that intel is more suitable for your work~

if your not overclock too much maybe you can get other board~~~

I think MSI Z370 GAMING CARBON or ASUS HERO is pretty good
