Cant use windows start menu

Hello

today i updated my windows 10 and i got a problem after that.

my windows start menu is all grayed out and cant access anything from there and my WiFi icon on the taskbar is missing check the screen shot to see what i mean 

i did a shellpower scan and it fixed the problem but i restarted it and the issue was back waht to do ?

The issue I came across the most that caused this was trying to remove Cortana or the Search icon from the task bar. I can see it is missing in your screen shot. If you want it removed I would follow this https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/25118-enable-disable-cortana-windows-10-a.html . To fix the issue as it sits right now try opening command prompt as an administrator and type in "sfc /scannow" without the quotation marks and let that run.

Now i hoave bigger problem with my internet the wifi icon was missing and i uninstall the network adapter drivers and cant connect and i have this on the troubleshoot 

You have not preferred wireless network

A network cable is not properly plugged in or maybe be broken

Pls help
