PCPartPicker has a wide selection of parts. Here's the general PSU tab, and here's one with specifically full/semi with 480 watts + (link #2)

A good way to check the quality of the PSU is to look at the PSU Tier List. 

Make sure to set the location to where you're at (Top right with the flag). I think the default is US.

I'd personally recommend the Corsair CX550M for 35 USD (if it's the grey-CXM instead of green-CXM like it looks).
