Need For Speed Series

I used to play a lot of Need For Speed back in the days and i absolutely loved Most Wanted and Carbon , but after those two the series shifted a lot and games like Shift came out which i didnt like at all because they were pure racing games and not what NFS was all about . I just wanted to know if since then NFS has come up with a title similar to Most Wanted and Carbon . I heard about the new Most Wanted but i didnt play it . Is it any similar to the old one ? And what about Rivals?

Under ground 2 and Underground lol, and no new most wanted isn't like the old one

I enjoyed NFS Rivals, it might be locked @ 30 FPS But you can unlock it to anything you want. Its a really good game in every way. Only bad thing is that once the thrill ride is over you wont be wanting more.
