You can forget mining bitcoin with x86 hardware. You need ASIC for that.

Anything else, well, you'd have to check with the crypto currency of your choice to see what they use.

I wasn’t really interested on mining bitcoin just down to difficulty more than anything I was maybe looking at etherium or light coin

Learn about cryptocurrency first. Then you can maybe consider building something for mining. Definitely not that though, its a pile of shit and it would take ages to even make your money back on that system.

I have been doing some research and this is the best my money could stretch too since this is a build planning sub forum it would be handy if you could give some more pointers on what to improve for the price point

You obviously havent done a whole lot of research considering the CPU and GPU you chose. Also the case just made me laugh.

 

Change literally everything. It's not worth building a mining rig now anyway though.
