pc troubles

Hi, currently my pc bother my head with lots of troubles, so lets just begin..

1.   It's do not want to start from the first time when I turn it on, it's just turns off itself after some sec.. , I make him to run continiously only after some power cycles..

2.   once I make him running, after some sec of waiting to boot up, bios setup appear with warning : the system intruted, chassis opened, etc.( watch on the pic).

3.   I can't boot it from usb, I wanted to format hdd, of my pc and install clean os with live usb, but pc just do not see it and I do not know why.. (by the way, pc support usb booting)

4.   when could not boot from usb, then I decided to look up for cd with win98(which I only had) and see whether pc will boots up from cd. It did, but later during installation it halted on        blue screen (watch second pic), once it reaches that blue screen nothing else happening.

 

Already attempted vain efforts : took off gpu, ram, cmos battery and place all back..

 

So I would be grateful that someone could submit some advices of problems solving for at least one of four my mentioned troubles.

Great to see that you've already tried removing and putting back your components: GPU, RAM, CMOS, etc.

 

Could you let us know the system specifications? (CPU, GPU, RAM, Motherboard model number, etc.)

 

Because it's turning off shortly after you try to power it on, I suspect there's a short or defective component somewhere, or simply that there's a power supply cable unplugged from the motherboard. Double check all your power connections, and try to start the system with only the BOOT HDD, 1 stick of memory, and the CPU + Heatsink installed. (Remove extra memory sticks, extra HDDs, and take out the GPU, connecting your monitor to the motherboard video output.)

I believe that this is caused by the case open alarm, which is used in companies and organizations to prevent their members from opening cases without leaving trace

There should be some way in the bios to reset this alarm, go through the menus and look for something with a related name

Have you tried this? Please confirm

Check in the bios to see if there is a setting somewhere along the lines of ATA or AHCI.  Try switching to one or the other and rebooting.  If the setting for the HDD is not set right to its AHCI or ATA, it will not boot right.
