You can get a key from Kinguin, dealscube, or Bonanza and put the remainder to a 1080 Ti or a 960 EVO 1TB.

Air cooler should allow you to get 5.0GHz with a mild voltage boost judging by the success of others on OC3D or you can go with an H100i:

My 2 cents: Go with a larger but slower SSD, if you don't do business on your system. NVMe is cool for professional workloads, but for day to day operation and gaming it isn't worth the money.

And don't pay 100$+ for windows 10! I've got a lot of keys from ebay for less than 3$ and 9/10 worked. I prefer chineses sellers ;)

I would go with a Strix 1080Ti (quality and cooling are impressive!) and an AIO on the 8700K.

Ryzen 5 5600, 32GB DDR4, GTX 3070Ti, Acer Predator x34

You'll need to get a key from the sites I mentioned before to run below the 2000 mark. For this budget, I don't go below a 500GB SSD since you'll likely want to use it for some games and all of your programs.

Looks good, I would still recommend going 500GB on the SSD.

With your leftover cash, you could go custom loop for CPU and possibly GPU.

Getting 1440p 165hz in December

Then the 1080Ti system I suggested probably. Im pretty sure you can get an EVGA GTX 1080 and then do the step up thing to a 1080Ti.

Looks good, I would still recommend going 500GB on the SSD.

With your leftover cash, you could go custom loop for CPU and possibly GPU.

What wattage do you think i should get?

You're giving low-speed RAM to an unlocked platform, please don't.

As if it makes a significant difference lmfao. Better than stupidly over priced RAM. He can spend an extra $10 or so for faster RAM if he wants, but most people dont even enable XMP and end up running 2133MHz anyway.

That system. Asus' BIOS is the best. AsRock is probably the worst. Gigabyte/AORUS and MSI BIOS is good, but not on the same level as Asus.

Minimums and average frame-rates improve with better RAM. This has been the case for many generations of CPU's and you can always remind people that they should enable XMP. CFL doesn't use 2133MHz as stock, but rather 2666MHz. People complaining about i5's not being good have neglected to get faster RAM to make the most out of the CPU.
