Just sent my kraken x62 back for the same reason. If you can go into bios and see what the pump rpm is I bet any money the pump is not working. If it shows in bios a speed of anything around 400-500 it means the pump is shot. Or if you bypass the CPU error by turning it off in bios and load windows, go to cam software and see if the pump rpm is reporting 0. Let us know as this seems to be a very common issue with the x62 right now.

do you have the CAM software installed? What does CAM show the RPM of the pump at? If bios is reading it I would imagine the pump is working, but I'm wondering what CAM shows and if at any time the pump is cutting out. If that's not the problem only other thing that comes to mind is if you are overclocking or not? I would imagine you'd have said if you adjusted voltage at all. When you remove pump from CPU is the paste spread well? As in, is it making good contact with chip?
