I remember seeing a TV advertisement a few years back about a scanner that would automatically catalog the documents it scanned, making them easily searchable. I'm looking for a scanner with this functionality today, or software that will perform the same task.

 

Is there a scanner out there that has built-in organization functionality?

If no, is there software that will organize documents scanned normally?

 

I am looking to scan mostly documents on regular sized paper, but the ability to scan receipts would be nice as well.
