Full PC for $680 US

So a friend of mine wanted to build herself a PC. Now she has $680. Is there any recommendation you guys here could make for a full PC system (without peripherals)?

yes i5 8400 and gtx 1060 8gb ram

probably looking at something like an older i7 with like 16gb of ddr3 and a 1060 should be doable for 680$.

Much cheaper than a comparable Coffelake system since there are no Z370 boards under $120.

heads up, the 450w B3 has big issues with overpower protection, get the corsair CX/M instead.

didn't see the CX550M was so cheap, for some reason the 450(M) is over $50

thought since the B2 got good ratings the B3 would follow suit
