Broken Webcam

Alright so the usage of my webcam has been crippled for a very long while now. It's a Logitech C310 that hasn't worked since the anniversary update. The mic on it works fin, as I use it in games all the time, but the actual camera won't work in Skype, hangouts, or even the Logitech program for the device.

 

Drivers are up to date, and reinstall's haven't worked either. I know there are fixes all over the internet for this issue and Ive tried many but none so far have worked.

 

Who has ideas?

 

 

Why I visit this site a hundred times a day and have yet to ask this, I have no clue.
