Better cooling, and a little quieter. A neat feature is that it has 3 pwm fan headers so that the fans will be controlled by gpu temp instead of cpu. It has RGB and that back plate looks amazing. The cooling is only slightly better than on the evga card but I just like how the asus card looks as well.

The asus card also get slightly better overclocks, but that shouldnt matter to much.

its all up to silicon lottery thanks to nvidias way too tight limits

Wouldnt the cooling give it slightly better overclocks anyway?

yeah but you can just turn the fans higher on the other models
its just the noise/cooling ratio thats better with the strix
