Best Mac Mini??

so im looking at maybe geting a 2007-2009 mac mini for simple youtube uploads on my 2nd channel and also put windows 7 on it. the ones im looking at r around $100-$200 mostly around $150, i would like to know what modile i should go for.

Generally the most expensive Mac is the best Mac. But it depends on specs, can you provide us with those?

You should be able to find a 2011-2013 variant for around that much.

can someone tell me if theres any real diffenct between the early 2009 mac mini and the late 2009 mac mini?
